Let me start by saying, Kim would be my GOTO person for another property transaction. I found myself planning a move to the west side of Phoenix for job relocation. We had to sell two properties simultaneously, consider a place to live once the properties were sold, and plan a new build on the west side. Kim was brilliant through the entire process. We were able to obtain high-end market value for both properties. All documentation was thoroughly explained and all questions promptly answered. Kim is well connected with services; we had a few electrical issues to address. She provided contact information for several licensed electricians to help with repairs. Kim even brokered a condo for us to lease until the new property is finished. The personal touch from start to finish was the frosting on the cake. We consider Kim a trusted and personal friend.
We worked with Kim over the past few years, buying two homes and selling one. She is a pleasure to work with. She invests herself into helping you find the right home for your family. She was very accommodating when it came to working with our schedules and promptly returned our calls and emails. We saw many homes and never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Throughout the process of buying/selling, Kim kept us updated every step of the way. If we were in need of a realtor again, I would definitely call Kim.
