I will say that our experience with AZ Flat Fee was nearly perfect, however, our listing manager was not as responsive or easy to work with as we would have liked. We did sell our home in ten days and got nearly asking, but thinking back we might have been able to counter and were discouraged to do so by the agent. Either way, the home sold and we are happy with Kathleen, the closing manager, who has been nothing but professional and responsive.
